How it works
Seven steps from the first message to the finished piece. Nothing is made, and nothing is charged for, until you have seen a render and approved it.
-
Complete the form
Tell us what you have in mind: the piece, the occasion, and anything you have already settled on. A photograph or a rough sketch is worth more than a paragraph.
-
We talk it through
We come back to you, usually the same or next business day, to fill in the gaps — the budget, the timing, and what is realistic for the stones you have in mind.
-
Choosing the stones
We source to your specification and lay the options out side by side, so you can compare them yourself rather than take our word for it.
-
A drawing to approve
You see the design before it exists, with dimensions and stone layout marked. We make changes repeatedly until the computer render is flawless. Nothing moves to the next stage until the render is perfect.
-
Approval
There is zero commitment until you approve the render. That is the point at which we take a deposit and begin making the piece.
-
Made at the bench
Cast, finished and set by hand. We keep you posted as it comes together, and you are welcome to see it part-made.
-
Yours to collect
Each setting undergoes careful inspection with a loupe before leaving our workshop and showroom. You can either pick it up from the Rockville showroom or have it shipped to you fully insured.
Pieces we have made
A few projects from start to finish — the render we put in front of the customer, and the piece that came off the bench.
