At 5.5mm the 5157 is the thinnest watch in the Classique line, and the dial is the argument for it — a clou de Paris hobnail field turned by hand on a rose engine, ringed by a Roman chapter and nothing else. No seconds hand, no date. The case is 38mm of white gold with the fluted band Breguet has used since the 1780s, and the only other markings are the individual number and the secret signature, which stays invisible until the light catches it at the right angle. Calibre 502.3 winds automatically through a gold rotor visible under the sapphire back. On black alligator.
