Grand feu enamel in an 18K rose gold case — the warmer of the two 5177s, where the white enamel reads softer and the black Breguet numerals sit against a field that picks up the gold at its edge. 38mm across, 8.8mm deep, fluted case band. Self-winding, 189 components, gold rotor under a sapphire back. The star-set minute track and the open-tipped hands are Breguet's own drawings, unchanged in principle since the 1780s. Date at three. Brown alligator.
