Two metals at the Panthère's largest size: a 42.0mm by 31.0mm steel case ringed at the bezel in 18K yellow gold, with gold and steel links alternating down the whole bracelet. Among the large references it sits between the all-steel version and the solid-gold one, lighter in tone than the first and warmer than the second, and at this scale the bracelet carries as much of the design as the dial does. Inside the gold frame the dial is silvered, its black Roman numerals spaced well apart around a railway minute track, and the blued-steel sword hands read at a glance. A blue synthetic spinel caps the crown. It runs on quartz and resists water to 30 metres. For someone drawn to the large Panthère's proportions but not to a bracelet in solid gold, the two-tone version keeps the presence while taking some of the weight and formality out of it.
