Reverso Duetto, reference Q2668423 — stainless steel with silvered numerals, silvered grey, vertical satin-brushed and guilloché. Set with 60 diamonds totalling 0.56 carat. The reverse carries a second dial, blue, guilloché and sunray-brushed, driven by the same movement. Jaeger-LeCoultre Calibre 844, 50 hours of power reserve. The Reverso case pivots in its carriage to hide the crystal — designed in 1931 so polo players could turn the glass away from a mallet. The blank reverse became the surface JLC decorates.
