Blue is where the clous de Paris pattern is most obvious, because colour deepens in the shaded faces of each tiny pyramid and lightens on the lit ones - so the dial shifts between navy and a brighter mid-blue as the wrist turns, without any lacquer trickery. At 42mm there is more of it on show than on the 39mm reference, and the pattern is the reason the larger size does not read as empty. The case stays 11mm deep despite the width, which keeps it under a cuff. Six claws fix the bezel, the crown screws down, and water resistance is 20 ATM. The ML115 supplies hours, minutes, seconds and a date at three, and is visible through an open sapphire case back.
