All stainless steel, with 47 diamonds confined to the inner frame of a silver sunray dial and none at all on the case. Silver-tone Roman numerals ring the outside, the sunburst finish throws light differently at every angle, and a date window sits at six. At 33mm this is the full-size Deco Madison, the largest of the Madison variants, and the steel-on-steel treatment makes it the most understated watch here: the diamonds only register close up. The seven-link steel bracelet takes any 18mm Michele strap. Swiss quartz three-hand movement with date, sapphire crystal. For a Deco that reads as a watch first and jewellery second, this is the one. Michele builds the Deco Madison in three sizes, and this is the one that suits a larger wrist without adding thickness. The seven-link bracelet tapers toward the clasp, which keeps the profile flat under a sleeve.
