Green arrived late to the Aqua Terra and settled quickly. This is a deep, slightly olive green rather than an emerald, and the horizontal teak pattern breaks it into bands that catch light separately — the dial is rarely one colour for long. At 38mm the steel case is the more classical of the two Aqua Terra sizes, and the polished-and-brushed bracelet keeps the whole thing understated. The Co-Axial Master Chronometer calibre 8800 is METAS-certified and shrugs off 15,000 gauss, visible through the sapphire case back. Date at six, 150 metres of water resistance, white Super-LumiNova on the hands and indexes. A quiet alternative to blue that does not shout about being one.
