An Annual Calendar with a travel-time complication — two things Patek had not combined before this reference, because the calendar has to follow the local hand rather than the home one. Local and home time each have their own hand, with day, date and month in apertures and a day/night indicator for both zones. The dial is textured charcoal grey with a black-gradient rim and applied numerals in beige luminescent coating, which gives it a deliberately aged look. In 41mm white gold. Self-winding calibre 31-260 PS QA LU. Crossing a date line while wearing it advances the calendar correctly, which sounds trivial and is the entire engineering problem.
