Trapeze-cut diamonds take the place of the tachymetric scale on this Everose Daytona, more stones run down the lugs, and the case carries ninety diamonds in all, 5.58 carats together. What keeps the watch legible under that much light is the dial: Sundust, close in tone to the gold, with each counter ringed in bright black so the chronograph registers still read at a glance. The hours are marked by eight baguette-cut diamonds, with three smaller stones at three, six and nine. This version wears the black Oysterflex strap, which grounds a gem-set watch in a way a gold bracelet would not, and it closes with an Oysterlock clasp and Glidelock extension. Beneath the jewellery sits calibre 4131, a working chronograph with a seventy-two-hour reserve, and the case is waterproof to 100 metres.
