About this product
White gold, white diamonds and a dial Rolex calls steel make this the coolest of the gem-set Daytonas on Oysterflex, a palette with no warm tone anywhere, so the stones register as pure light. Bright black rings around the three counters keep the pale grey dial readable, and eight baguettes stand in for the hour markers, joined by single diamonds at three, six and nine. On the bezel, trapeze-cut diamonds sit edge to edge where the tachymetric scale would otherwise be, and further diamonds follow the lugs, for ninety on the case and 5.58 carats. The black Oysterflex strap, secured by an Oysterlock clasp and its Glidelock extension, is the only dark element beyond the counter rings. Underneath runs calibre 4131, Rolex's in-house chronograph movement, certified as a Superlative Chronometer and holding close to seventy-two hours on a full wind.
