Bright black on the five-link Jubilee bracelet, 31mm Oystersteel, domed bezel. The Jubilee was designed for the Datejust in 1945 and at 31mm it is arguably the more natural fit — five narrow links follow a smaller wrist better than three broad ones. Against them the black dial reads crisp and uncomplicated. Calibre 2236 inside uses a Syloxi hairspring, a silicon component Rolex patented for its resistance to magnetism and temperature swing, and holds roughly fifty-five hours.
