Aubergine is the darkest colour Rolex puts against Everose — a deep purple-brown that reads almost black indoors and shows its purple only in direct light, with diamond hour markers set into it. Against rose gold it is unexpectedly subtle. In 31mm Everose Rolesor with a domed bezel, on the flat Oyster bracelet. Calibre 2236 inside, roughly fifty-five hours of reserve, Syloxi silicon hairspring, water resistant to 100 metres.
