This Rolex Datejust 31 places a red ombré dial set with diamonds inside a fluted yellow gold bezel, on a 31mm case and President bracelet of 18 ct yellow gold. Diamonds in 18 kt gold settings mark its hours. Ombré describes the shading, so the red is graduated across the dial rather than applied as one flat tone. The date sits at 3 o'clock beneath a Cyclops lens and changes instantaneously. Calibre 2236 runs the watch with a Syloxi hairspring in silicon and Paraflex shock absorbers, storing approximately 55 hours of power, and it is certified as a Superlative Chronometer. A screw-down Twinlock crown helps give the Oyster case 100 meters of water resistance. With gold on every side, the red dial and its diamonds become the center of attention on this Rolex Datejust 31.
