A white dial with Roman numerals defines this Rolex Datejust 36, set beneath a fluted Everose gold bezel in an Everose Rolesor case, on the Oyster bracelet. So plain a field shows off the rosy cast of the gold, while the numerals give the layout a formal note. The Oyster bracelet's broad, flat links draw a calm, architectural line along the wrist, and its folding Oysterclasp includes an Easylink extension that lets out an extra 5mm. The scratch-resistant sapphire crystal carries a Cyclops lens to enlarge the instantaneous date at 3 o'clock. Calibre 3235 is self-winding, holds its rate within two seconds a day after casing and stores around 70 hours of power. Its middle case is monobloc and its case back screws down, giving this Rolex Datejust 36 a water resistance rating of 100 meters, or 330 feet.
