Olive green and yellow gold set the palette for this Rolex Datejust 36, with Roman numerals on the olive green dial, a fluted yellow gold bezel, a Yellow Rolesor case and the Oyster bracelet. The green is deep enough to set off the gold, yet muted enough not to compete with it. On the Oyster bracelet the pairing becomes an everyday watch, solid and unfussy, closed by an Oysterclasp folding clasp with its 5mm Easylink comfort extension. Calibre 3235 is self-winding and certified as a Superlative Chronometer, with a Chronergy escapement and about 70 hours of reserve. Under the Cyclops lens the date flips instantaneously at 3 o'clock, and the sapphire crystal is scratch-resistant. A screw-down case back and Twinlock crown seal this Rolex Datejust 36, whose Oyster case is water resistant to 100 meters.
