This Rolex Datejust 36 sets Roman numerals on a bright blue dial, and its White Rolesor case, fluted white gold bezel and Jubilee bracelet keep everything around that color cool. Blue is the one saturated note, so the dial sets the character of the whole piece. The Roman numerals keep that vivid color in formal order, and a Cyclops lens tops the date at 3 o'clock. The Jubilee drapes easily on the wrist and adds a gentle sparkle, closing with a folding Oysterclasp that Easylink lengthens by 5mm. The movement, a self-winding calibre 3235, holds roughly 70 hours of power, uses a Chronergy escapement and is certified as a Superlative Chronometer. The Oyster case, with its screw-down case back, is water resistant to 100 meters, and Paraflex shock absorbers protect the movement of this Rolex Datejust 36.
