With a mint green dial and Roman numerals, this Rolex Datejust 36 brings a pale, fresh color to Everose Rolesor, finished with a diamond-set Everose gold bezel and a Jubilee bracelet. Mint and rose gold make a gentle, slightly unexpected combination: the cool green lifts the warmth of the Everose, and the gold keeps the green from looking sporty. The Roman numerals add a formal note that suits the diamonds on the bezel. On the wrist, the Jubilee's intricate links feel supple and catch light from many angles. The case is a 36mm Oyster that blends Oystersteel with 18 ct Everose gold, its sapphire crystal carrying a Cyclops lens over the date at 3 o'clock.
