This version of the Rolex Datejust 36 pairs an Oyster bracelet in Yellow Rolesor and a diamond-set yellow gold bezel with an olive green dial carrying Roman numerals and diamond-set VI and IX. At six and nine o'clock the Roman numerals change character: both are 18 kt gold and together carry 24 diamonds, two bright accents on an otherwise quiet green field. The Oyster bracelet's flat, wide links give the yellow gold a bolder, more continuous presence and pull the look toward everyday wear. The 36mm case blends Oystersteel with yellow gold, and its monobloc middle case is closed by a screw-down case back. Inside, calibre 3235 is certified as a Superlative Chronometer, staying within two seconds a day either way once cased, and the Rolex Datejust 36 keeps water out to a depth of 100 meters.
