Crisp and graphic, this Rolex Datejust 36 sets out a white dial with Roman numerals within a diamond-set white gold bezel, completed by an Oyster bracelet in White Rolesor. It is white on white throughout, so the Roman numerals and the bezel stones carry all of the detail. On the Oyster bracelet the watch gains a flatter, more modern line, and the broad links reflect light in clean planes rather than small flashes. Oystersteel and 18 ct white gold make the 36mm Oyster case. Inside, calibre 3235 relies on Paraflex shock absorbers and switches the date at 3 o'clock instantaneously, with the Cyclops lens magnifying it. A screw-down Twinlock crown lets the Rolex Datejust 36 resist water to 100 meters, and the Oysterclasp folds shut with an Easylink comfort extension.
