The bright blue dial with Roman numerals makes this Rolex Datejust 36 bold and sporty, set off by a diamond-set white gold bezel and an Oyster bracelet in White Rolesor. The blue is saturated and bright, and the Roman numerals read cleanly across it. On the Oyster bracelet, the wide, flat links lend an athletic, modern line, while the gem-set bezel brings sparkle to an otherwise crisp, graphic design. As for precision, calibre 3235 is held to two seconds a day in either direction after casing, the Superlative Chronometer standard, and its reserve lasts approximately 70 hours. The 36mm case pairs Oystersteel and white gold with a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal, and under the Cyclops lens of the Rolex Datejust 36, the 3 o'clock date flicks over instantaneously.
