Mint green and Everose gold meet in this Rolex Datejust 41, where Roman numerals mark a mint green dial inside a smooth Everose gold bezel, on a case and Oyster bracelet of Everose Rolesor. The pairing works on temperature. Mint is a pale, cool green and Everose a warm, rose-toned gold, so each makes the other look more like itself. Left smooth, the bezel becomes a simple ring of gold that keeps the watch fresh instead of formal. Everose Rolesor combines Oystersteel with 18 ct Everose gold, and the bracelet carries that combination through each of its wide, flat links. Calibre 3235, fitted with a Chronergy escapement, stores about 70 hours of power, and the watch holds Superlative Chronometer certification. Its screw-down Twinlock crown helps seal the Rolex Datejust 41 for water resistance to 100 meters.
