White, Everose and the Jubilee bracelet define this Rolex Datejust 41, in which a white dial with Roman numerals sits beneath a smooth Everose gold bezel in an Everose Rolesor case. Every element here is delicate. The white ground is airy, the bezel frames it in uninterrupted rose gold, and the Jubilee spreads small touches of Everose across the wrist. Roman numerals bring a note of tradition that suits the more elaborate bracelet. Seen together, the pieces read as fine and detailed, with nothing bold. Paraflex shock absorbers help calibre 3235 shrug off knocks, its reserve runs to about 70 hours, and the watch carries Superlative Chronometer certification. An Oysterclasp secures the bracelet, and the screw-down crown and case back give this Rolex Datejust 41 its 330 feet of water resistance.
