Gold on gold: this Rolex Day-Date 36 frames a champagne-colour dial with an 18 ct yellow gold case and a baguette-cut diamond bezel, and the dial itself is set with diamonds in 18 ct gold settings as hour markers, with baguette-cut diamonds at 6 and 9 o'clock. Champagne-colour is a pale, golden tone, so dial and case flow into one another and the diamonds become the accents. The two baguettes answer the calendar from the far side of the dial, mirroring the full day name at 12 and the date at 3. Calibre 3255 drives it, self-winding and regulated by a Chronergy escapement, with Superlative Chronometer certification. The Oyster case's water resistance reaches 100 meters. The yellow gold President bracelet, held by a concealed Crownclasp, keeps this Rolex Day-Date 36 in a single warm tone.
