Two circles of baguette-cut diamonds frame the pink dial of this 18 ct white gold Rolex Day-Date 36: one set into the bezel, the other formed by ten baguette-cut diamonds standing in as hour markers. Pink is the one warm note in a watch otherwise made of cool white metal and diamonds, and against all that brilliance it reads as soft and fresh. This Rolex Day-Date 36 takes its name from its calendar, which spells the weekday in full at the top and shows the date at 3 beneath the Cyclops lens on its sapphire crystal. Calibre 3255, a Superlative Chronometer, holds nearly 70 hours in reserve, and a screw-down Twinlock crown seals the Oyster case. White gold runs on into the President bracelet, which closes discreetly with a concealed Crownclasp.
