About this product
40mm in 18 ct yellow gold: a diamond-paved dial, a baguette-cut diamond set bezel and the President bracelet. The dial is entirely paved with diamonds, set by hand so the stones sit flush across the surface rather than in rows. At 40mm the Day-Date is the fuller of the two sizes, redrawn in 2015 with a wider dial opening and slimmer lugs rather than simply scaled up. In yellow gold, the bezel carries baguette-cut diamonds, laid end to end so the stones read as a continuous band rather than a ring of points. It is worn on the President bracelet, made only for this model and for the Day-Date’s closest relations, with a concealed Crownclasp. Calibre 3255 sits inside with about seventy hours in reserve.
