A diamond-set bezel and the President bracelet around a silver dial with diamond hour markers. 28mm in 18 ct white gold. A silver dial is the most neutral option in the range and the one that lets the bezel and bracelet do the talking. The Lady-Datejust is the 28mm reading of the watch that introduced the date window in 1945, and it carries the same Cyclops lens and the same self-winding movement architecture as its larger siblings, scaled down rather than simplified. This reference is cased in 18 ct white gold with a diamond-set bezel, on a President bracelet. Calibre 2236 sits inside with a Syloxi hairspring made of silicon rather than metal, which resists magnetic fields, and about fifty-five hours of reserve. Rolex lists this alongside references 279139RBR-0006, 279139RBR-0007, identical in case, bezel, dial and bracelet; they differ in details of finish a photograph will not show.
