This Rolex Oyster Perpetual 28 wears a pistachio dial, a pale and gentle green, in a 28mm Oystersteel case with a domed bezel and an Oyster bracelet in Oystersteel. The steel around it keeps the shade fresh, and because there is no date, the dial stays symmetrical around applied hour markers that carry Chromalight for reading in the dark. Calibre 2232 is wound by the movement of the wrist and keeps its rate with a silicon Syloxi hairspring that magnetism does not disturb. Set down, it carries on for about 55 hours. The Twinlock crown screws down tight, part of what makes the case waterproof to 100 meters. On the Oysterclasp, an Easylink comfort extension can lengthen the bracelet by 5mm, so the Rolex Oyster Perpetual 28 stays comfortable as the day warms up.
