On this Rolex Oyster Perpetual 28, candy pink fills the dial, a bright and sugary shade inside a 28mm Oystersteel case with a domed bezel and a steel Oyster bracelet. With steel all around it and no date window on it, the pink has the face to itself. Applied hour markers with Chromalight keep the layout symmetrical and readable, even in low light. Calibre 2232 is a Superlative Chronometer, and once the watch is cased Rolex allows it to drift by two seconds a day at most, ahead or behind. A silicon Syloxi hairspring and roughly 55 hours of reserve round out the movement. The Oyster case, built from a monobloc middle and a screw-down back, is waterproof to 100 meters. An Oysterclasp with the Easylink 5mm comfort extension closes a Rolex Oyster Perpetual 28 that wears its color with real confidence.
