On this Tissot PRX 40mm the dial is black, framed by 316L stainless steel and a steel bracelet, with a Swiss quartz movement behind it. Against that dark ground, Super-LumiNova on the hands earns its place at night, while index markers and a date complete the layout. The movement turns three hands and flags a weakening cell through its end-of-life indicator. Measuring 40mm by 39.5mm with a 10.4mm thickness, the case pairs its steel bezel with a sapphire crystal that resists scratches. Its water resistance is 10 bar, which equals 100 meters. The stainless steel bracelet shuts with a butterfly clasp released through push-buttons, and interchangeable quick-release fittings allow a different strap to go on. Black gives the Tissot PRX 40mm a sober, formal look that sits as comfortably with tailoring as with casual clothes.
