Blue dial, blue bezel and a 37mm case make this the smallest and most vintage-minded way into Tudor's diver line: the Black Bay 54 takes its size and its bezel from Tudor's first diver of 1954, including a 60-minute scale with no minute graduations, just the numerals and markers of the earliest insert. In blue the watch loses some of the black model's severity and gains a brighter, summery look, while the three-link steel bracelet keeps it firmly a tool. At 11.2mm thick it slides under a cuff easily. Inside is the Manufacture Calibre MT5400, a COSC-certified chronometer with about seventy hours of power reserve, enough to cover a weekend off the wrist. The crown, embossed with the Tudor rose, screws down to keep water out to 200 metres, and the bracelet's T-fit clasp can be lengthened on the wrist without a tool.
