Rivet-style links are the detail that makes this black Black Bay 58 look most like the divers of its namesake year: the bracelet copies the riveted construction of the period, rivet heads showing along the edge of each link, though it is solid and modern underneath. Above it sit a matte black domed dial with gilt accents, a black bezel insert, and the 39mm case, just 11.7mm thick, that made the Fifty-Eight the most wearable Black Bay. Its Manufacture Calibre MT5400-U carries Master Chronometer status from COSC and METAS, meaning the cased watch was checked for accuracy and for its tolerance of 15,000 gauss, and it runs about sixty-five hours on a full wind. The crown screws down, the case is waterproof to 200 metres, and the bracelet's T-fit clasp can be adjusted in seconds without tools.
