On a black rubber strap, the black Black Bay 58 is at its most practical: the compact 39mm case and 11.7mm height are already easy to wear, and without the steel bracelet it becomes a light diver that can go swimming and come back to a desk without changing character. The dial is matte black and domed, with gilt markers and the snowflake hour hand, matched by gilt numerals on the black bezel insert. The strap uses the same T-fit clasp as Tudor's bracelets, with a quick length adjustment. Inside, the Manufacture Calibre MT5400-U has been certified by COSC and by METAS as a Master Chronometer, holding sixty-five hours of reserve and resisting magnetic fields of 15,000 gauss, and the screw-down crown keeps the case waterproof to 200 metres.
