Burgundy bezel, black dial and a black rubber strap: this is the sportiest way to wear the 41mm Black Bay in its original colours, and the lightest, since the strap removes most of the steel. With less metal around it, the burgundy insert becomes the strongest colour on the wrist, while gilt hands and markers keep the dial warm rather than stark. The strap closes with the T-fit clasp used on the bracelets, so it can be lengthened or shortened without tools. Inside, the Manufacture Calibre MT5602-U holds about seventy hours of reserve and is certified by both COSC and METAS, which means the complete watch has been tested for precision and for magnetic fields of 15,000 gauss. The 41mm case, 13.6mm thick, sits under a domed sapphire crystal and is waterproof to 200 metres.
