Five small links instead of three turn the burgundy-bezel Black Bay into a watch for every day, office included: the bracelet is more flexible, sits flatter on the wrist and looks brighter, with polished links set between satin ones. The rest is the Black Bay as Tudor first drew it, a black domed dial with gilt details, the snowflake hour hand and a 60-minute unidirectional bezel in burgundy. The case measures 41mm across and 13.6mm from crystal to case back. Its Manufacture Calibre MT5602-U is a METAS-certified Master Chronometer as well as a COSC chronometer, running about seventy hours between windings and resisting magnetic fields up to 15,000 gauss. Its T-fit clasp can be adjusted on the wrist, and water resistance is 200 metres.
