About this product
Burgundy lacquer on a white gold case sets this perpetual calendar apart from the blue, silver and gold dials elsewhere in the Overseas range, and the white calendar printing stands out clearly against it. The red is laid over a sunburst base, so it brightens and deepens as the watch moves, and the moon phase at 6 shows two gold moons on a burgundy sky that matches the dial. The day sits at 9, the date at 3, and the month with its leap-year indicator at 12, and the calendar will stay correct until 2100. Self-winding calibre 1120 QP is only 4.05mm thick, allowing a 41.5mm case of just 8.1mm. Instead of a leather strap, both extra straps are rubber, one red and one white, supplied with a pin buckle alongside the white gold bracelet. Every option changes without tools, and the watch carries the Hallmark of Geneva.
